If you're looking for a manufacturing facility where you can build a career and have fun while you do it, we might be the team for you.What you'll do:The Raw Materials Supervisor is fundamental to our team, managing - 10 truckloads of raw materials a day. You'll partner with production and supervise -2 direct reports. This is key to our success, and so are you.Are coaching and developing employees something you're passionate about? Are you able to influence others without having authority?Manage -10 truckloads of raw materials a daySupervise a small team -and partnering with production operators and other functionsInterface with sales and R&D.What you'll need to be successful and safe:* High School Diploma or GED and years of experience. BA/BS degree in related field or years of experience.* 5+ years of experience supervising* 5+ years of experience influencing others and partnering with numerous functions.* Intermediate to advanced computer skills and applications such as SAP, Excel, etc.Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
