Real Estate License Required -

We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.

Responsibilities:

Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met


Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Two years of previous sales experience
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
