Job Description:
Dreisilker Electric Motors, Inc., a leader in the electric
motors industry, seeks a dynamic Inside Sales, Technical Customer
Support Representative to join our dedicated team. This role is
essential in providing top-notch technical support and sales
solutions to our clientele, specializing in the domain of electric
motors repair, maintenance, and enhancement. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for effectively combining technical knowledge
with sales skills to help meet the needs of our customers while
driving revenue growth. Respond to customer inquiries regarding
product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting via phone,
email, or chat. Provide detailed information and advice on electric
motors and their applications to potential and existing customers.
Collaborate closely with the engineering and service teams to
understand product specifics and to offer accurate support. Process
quotes, sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records within
the sales database. Support customers in selecting and purchasing
the appropriate products or services. Follow up with customers
proactively to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for
additional sales or support. Conduct ongoing market research to
stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Participate in continuous training sessions to improve knowledge
and performance. Strong foundational knowledge in electric motors
and electrical systems. Proven abilities in customer relations and
problem-solving. Effective communication skills, both verbal and
written. Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. Ability to
interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Certified Sales
Professional (CSP) Electrical or Mechanical Technician
Certification desirable.
