Job Description:
Dreisilker Electric Motors, Inc., a leader in the electric motor
repair sector, is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Representative
for our Plastics Processing Motor Repair Division. This position
focuses on providing tailored solutions for plastic industry
clients, enhancing their motor-driven systems' efficiency and
lifespan. The right candidate will have a solid technical
background in electric motors, a passion for sales, and a firm
grasp of the plastics processing industry's needs. This role
requires combining technical expertise with sales acumen to
effectively communicate and persuade clients of the merits of our
products and services. Develop and manage relationships with
clients in the plastics industry, understanding their technical
needs and business processes. Present and demonstrate the value of
motor repair solutions tailored to plastics processing systems.
Navigate through the sales process, from initial contact to closing
deals and after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and
loyalty. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify and
exploit new sales opportunities. Prepare detailed quotations and
proposals that meet specific customer requirements. Provide
feedback to the product development team on market needs and trends
to guide the innovation of new solutions. Participate in trade
shows, workshops, and seminars relevant to the plastics industry to
enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients. Strong
understanding of electric motor functionality and troubleshooting.
Proven ability to manage and interpret technical requirements of
plastics processing motor systems. Excellent sales, negotiation,
and communication skills. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
to high-level stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite. Capacity to work independently and in a
team-oriented environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar
certification is advantageous. Training in electric motors or
plastic machinery operation preferred.
