This role focuses on expanding our market share and driving sales initiatives for our security solutions, including onsite guarding, electronic security, and fire and safety services. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and leading a team towards achieving sales targets and business growth. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the commercial sector Lead and mentor sales teams, setting performance metrics and monitoring progress Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends to advise on business strategies Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Strong business sense and industry expertise Superior negotiation and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Sales Certification (e.g., CPSA) Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ASIS PSP or CPP credentials)
