trust and understand their insurance needs. Present and sell State
Farm insurance products, including life, health, automobile, and
property insurance. Customize insurance programs to suit individual
client requirements and financial resources. Follow up on leads
from customer inquiries and referrals. Maintain records of sales
and prospect interactions in accord with State Farm protocols.
Achieve and surpass sales goals set by the company. Participate in
ongoing training to stay current with products, industry changes,
and regulatory requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to negotiate and persuade High level of
self-motivation and organization Proficient in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Understanding of insurance principles and
financial acumen Licensed to sell insurance in the state of
employment Certifications such as Certified Insurance Sales
Representative (CISR) or similar preferred
